| Changing from Android to Iphone via Hexnode: |
| 1. Ensure Iphone is in ABM and add user |
| 2. When setting up the user in ABM- the Apple ID should be first initial then last name then the name of the company. EX: Charly Pedersen= cpedersenhospice@keystonehealth.appleid.com |
| 3. Once the user is added in ABM, click 'Create Sign In' and download the CSV that has a temporary apple ID password |
| 4. Navigate to Hexnode and ensure tha the device has synced with Hexnode |
| -If the device is not synced, check in ABM and ensure that the device is assigned the MDM server |
| 5. To ensure the device is in Hexnode, click on Admin > Apple Business/School Manager > Apple DEP> Search for device via SN |
| -If the device is assigned the MDM hexnode server in ABM but not showing in Hexnode, navigate via the steps above but instead of clicking on Apple DEP, click on Apple VPP , scroll all the way to the right and then click 'sync' |
| 6. Once you ensure that the device is in ABM and Hexnode, enroll the device by clicking on 'Enroll' > 'IOS' Email or SMS > Select 'Email' > Select 'Local'> Select User and add the user during this step by entering display name and email |
| 7. Obtain the hexnode login credentials from the user's email |
| 8. Insert user's current SIM card into new device |
| 9. Go through the Iphone setup process: English> US > Setup Manually > Add wifi |
| 10. When you get to the 'Apps and Data' screen, select 'Move Data from Android' - Ensure that the android has downloaded the 'Move to IOS' app |
| 11. Open the 'Move to IOS' app on the Android, go through the prompts and enter the 6 digit code into the app that shows up on the iphone-confirm the prompt about the iphone to transfer to |
| 12. Allow access in the app for all of the data that you would like to transfer to the new phone |
| 13. The data will then begin to transfer which can take anywhere from 20 mins to 5 hours (LOL) |
| 14. Once complete, continue through setup process. Remote Management will be the next screen, click 'Next' > Agree to the terms > Enter login information that was obtained from the user's email |
| 15. Skip Touch ID, create passcode- switch to 4 digit passcode. EX: Charly Pedersen, passcode should be first 4 of his last name (PEDE= 7333) |
| 16. Enter apple ID username and password that was downloaded in the CSV document and then change Apple ID password- you will have to verify with a phone number- do not use the EEs phone number, use your own. It is only utilized in this step and the phone # used doesn't matter it just can't be the EEs since their phone is in setup (per Josh) |
| 17. Continue through prompts until device is setup- then click on hexnode app and allow permissions to everything |

18. Delete all apps that are not needed- and download apps to phone from Hexnode: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, TigerText, Genius Scan, Timeero (if necessary)

19. In Hexnode, click on 'Edit Device Attributes' and change the name of the device. EX: Charly Pedersen Iphone// Type in the 'department' section the name of the company For EX: Hospice
